Learners who have multiple User IDs associated with the same email address can now more easily identify which account is linked to their SAP Learning Hub subscription. 

On the Subscriptions page, learners can view all User IDs connected to their email address that have an active or expired subscription. Each User ID is displayed in a separate row and includes key subscription information such as subscription name, status, validity date, and remaining certification attempts where applicable. 

To help learners quickly identify their current account, the User ID used for the current session is highlighted, labeled as Logged in, and displayed at the top of the list. Active subscriptions are clearly marked with a green status badge, while expired subscriptions are shown with a gray badge. 

This enhancement helps learners find the correct account more quickly, reducing confusion when accessing learning progress, certifications, stay certified assessments, and other subscription related benefits.
