You can now download the SAP Learning site catalog file, without a Learning Hub license, or logging in. The list of content types included in this file has been updated to include certifications, videos, and courses. Download the file from the page header under "Quick Links".

You can now access translated versions of course content directly on learning.sap.com, without being redirected to SAP Learning Hub, for a smoother user experience.

• Access translated course content from the course detail page.
• View and select from the available languages, without the need for log-in.
• Stay on the learning.sap.com platform while accessing translated content.

The user interface for quiz components across courses, SAP Learning Journeys, and kickstart quizzes has been updated, improving consistency and the overall learner experience.

Key changes:

• Improved visual design: single-select and multi-select quiz components now have distinct visuals to differentiate them clearly.
• Enhanced interaction elements: updates to buttons, checkboxes, and selection areas ensure a more intuitive and accessible experience.

We've launched a new learner experience for hands-on practice systems, driven by our learners' feedback!
Our updated experience offers a smoother, more intuitive way to learn on the SAP Learning site eliminating redirects to the legacy SAP Learning Hub.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Materials such as exercise handbooks are available directly on the SAP Learning site.
• More intuitive and easier navigation for learners accessing our systems.
• "My Learning" section now includes information and quick-access links for practice systems that you're enrolled in.

Our AI co-pilot is now integrated into the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
Learners can now try out this functionality on our sandbox system.

• Certification retirement and alternative recommendation
  When a Certification is due to be retired, the retirement date is now shown on the certification details page, and you can see a recommended alternative certification.

You'll get an e-mail letting you know that your certification has been retired, and that the validity has been extended by 12 months. You can also view this directly in My Learning -> Certification.

• New SAP Certification offering
  Our new digital learning offering "SAP Certification exam, two attempts" helps you to develop SAP software skills and get certified. It offers self-paced and hands-on learning opportunities to support you with upskilling across the SAP solution portfolio.
  The subscription includes:
  • 2 SAP Certification exam attempts.
  • 10 hours of access to relevant hands-on practice systems.

• Learning managers can now track the progress of learners who need to re-certify.
  • If a learner has a valid certificate for a recommended alternative certification, then the "Recertification Needed" field shows "Done" against the retired certificate record.
  • If a certification has been retired and there's no alternative listed, the "Recommended Alternative" field will be empty. As the system can't automatically identify if a learner has already re-certified, the "Recertification Needed" field will show "Yes (manual check needed)". In this case, check the PDF for recommendations.
  
  
• It's now easier for learning admins to plan follow-up actions with learners who need to recertify.
  A new field has been introduced in the certification data explorer and downloads: "Recommended (Certification) Alternative". This field shows information on an alternative certification exam recommended by SAP when the certification has been or will be retired soon.
  Note: If there's no alternative certification recommendation, or if the recommendation rule is too complex to document in the data field, the "Recommended Alternative" field will be empty.
