You can subscribe to <a href="https://www.sap.com/training-certification/learning-hub/pricing.html" target="_blank">SAP Learning Hub</a> or <a href="https://partneredge.sap.com/en/partnership/manage/training/learning-hub.html" target="_blank">SAP Learning Hub, partner edition</a> and get four certification exams included in your subscription. With these subscriptions you also have access to all enablement and assessments to stay certified and keep your certifications valid.

When clicking "Exam Dashboard", you can view your exam results and any remaining attempts within your subscription. To schedule a new appointment, click "Schedule an exam". Need help? Review the available exams listed in the menu. Find the right certification and click on the blue calendar icon to schedule-your-exam. We suggest you schedule your exam far enough in advance (2-3 hours) to allow you to test your equipment and get your identification documents ready. Need help? Ensure you have the following equipment in place before taking your exam:<ul><li>Questionmark Secure browser (must be downloaded and installed)</li><li>Webcam</li><li>Microphone or headset</li><li>Broadband connection (at least 2 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload)</li></ul>Prepare your equipment and test your system at least 2-3 hours in advance of taking your exam.Need help? Ensure your computer is ready for exam day 

To start your exam, click the "Start Exam" link from the Exam Appointments page on SAP Certification Hub. Please have your identification ready.Need help? If you do not see the link 15-10 minutes prior to starting the exam after performing the above 3 steps, please contact Questionmark support via Live Chat at <a href="https://preview.api.community.sap.com/topics/training-certification/www.questionmark.com" target="_self">www.questionmark.com</a> and they will directly assist. Proctors will help you when they are checking your environment.

The proctor will check your exam environment prior to releasing the exam. Please ensure that:<ul><li>You are alone in the room and will not be disturbed during your exam</li><li>The table or desk is cleared of any materials</li><li>The room is quiet</li><li>Your cellphone is switched off and stowed out of sight</li><li>Any desk phones are disconnected or blocked from incoming calls</li></ul>Need help? Finish your exam

You  can  take  an  SAP  Certification  exam  up  to  three (3) times. If you do not pass an exam after three (3) attempts, you will need to re-register for the next release of the exam. If you do not pass the next release after three (3) attempts, you will not be able to retake the exam until the next edition is released, normally within 1 year.

After your exam is finished, you will receive your score report. The link is available for 6 weeks. You can find a detailed explanation of your score report here.Need help? If you pass your exam, you will be issued a digital badge on Credly. An email asking you to accept your badge will be sent to the email address you registered your exam with.Once accepted, you can share your badge. Need help? Receive a digital badge

If you passed a certification exam after January 2017 and did not receive an email to claim your digital badge within a week: Create a support ticket (service category: Digital Badge) in the User Support Center. If you  only need a record that you passed a certification, check the certification records listed in your SAP Learning Hub Profile. Use the same email address under which the certifications are maintained when you log in to your profile on SAP Learning Hub. If you have questions about certification records listed in the My Profile area of SAP Learning Hub, create a ticket (service category: Learning Hub) in the User Support Center.
