Begin your implementation journey by completing the Project Team Orientation (PTO) training. This essential training is designed for Project Team members, Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, HRIS/IT Support Staff, Change Management Leads, and other participants involved in your SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation project who will work day-to-day with the implementation partner and make design and requirement decisions.
Recommended Timing: PTO training should be completed early in the Prepare phase of the project, ideally right after project kickoff and before the Explore workshops begin. Completing it early ensures the project team understands SAP SuccessFactors HCM concepts, terminology, and scope before engaging in design discussions.
