Standardized framework
The standardized framework includes project roadmaps with key tasks and activities an organization needs to accomplish to progress in their journey. There is a focused clean core success plan with specific tasks outlined to ensure alignment with clean core principles. With an emphasis on best practice adherence, there are quality gates at the end of each key-phase. These checkpoints for - Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize Deploy and Run - make sure customers are proceeding in alignment with best practices.

The Discover phase marks the common starting point for every customer's journey and includes defining the project scope, business vision and goals, as well as preparing a value proposition and business case.
The digital discovery assessment tool assists in evaluating and selecting SAP Business Suite applications that best address unique customer needs. Additionally, the RISE with SAP Methodology offers templates to establish a customized transformation roadmap, complemented by an array of tools and services, to expedite and streamline the digital transformation journey.
