Introduction to the Legal Entity Assignment Feature

The Legal Entity Assignment feature allows user administrators to assign legal entities to users, ensuring correct information is passed to suppliers when booking travel. It's essential for maintaining efficient business operations.

After a company administrator creates a legal entity, a user administrator can assign the legal entity to users. When users book travel, this legal entity information can be passed to suppliers.

Note

Users can only be assigned to one legal entity at a time.

User Administrators have the following capabilities:

  • Associate a legal entity to a user based on Org Unit
  • Future phases will support additional fields, including custom profile fields
  • Include legal entity information in profile uploads (future phase)

Accessing Legal Entity Assignment

To access Legal Entity Assignment, select Legal Entity Assignment from the left menu panel under User Administration.
