There are three types of master data associated with EMS: customers, offerings, and contacts. Normally, this master data is replicated from source systems, including SAP Master Data Integration, SAP S/4HANA, or a customer’s own master data source system.
SAP Entitlement Management System (EMS) allows for the manual creation of an "employee" type of contact person. This feature enables users to input essential details concerning a specific contact who is identified as an employee within the system.
