The Data Comparison and Reconciliation for RTI (real-time integration) app is provided to identify and correct data inconsistencies between SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) and a connected external system (SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA). Data inconsistencies can occur during the data transfer using RTI. Data can be lost during the transfer process, which means that manual intervention in the transfer of data is sometimes required during the transfer of data between systems.

To use the Data Comparison and Reconciliation for RTI (real-time integration) app, the Real-Time Integration (Reconciliation) application job has to be executed upfront. This application job retrieves the transactional data and stock from the connected systems and compares them with the data that is persisted in an individual order-based planning area of SAP IBP.

From the results overview, you can navigate to the results of each job. The screen provides you with an overview of the errors for each order type and stock. For each order type, you can navigate to the list of errors for this order type.
Types of Errors in Reconciliation

Real-Time Integration Queue Monitoring
When you are integrating data from multiple external systems (SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA), it is possible to bundle the queues from each external system by using different prefixes in the queue names, as shown in the following figures.

Deletion Job for Transactional Data
The application job, Order-based Planning: Delete Operative Version Data, can be used to delete the data that is used to calculate the values of external key figures and the order data in the base version of a planning area that receives its data through SAP IBP real-time integration.
