You are about to step into the role of a key consultant for North Carolina Chemicals Corporation (N3C).

Meet Jane, the CEO of N3C. Her company is facing rising operational costs and process inefficiencies. Her primary objective for the next three years is to drive a major ERP transformation to streamline operations, starting with the critical area of procurement.

Your mission is to guide N3C through this transformation by applying the power of an integrated toolchain: SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM.
