The SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server cockpit (transaction LTRC) provides an overview of individual configurations and their status. It also specifies whether the master job (one job for all configurations per SLT server) is running.

Note
In individual configuration, you can see the status of all tables. This allows you to identify whether there are any errors because they show the Failed status. For example, in the Table Overview tab, there is an issue with the trigger for table ZSFLIGHT_00. In the Data Transfer Monitor tab, there is a table with the Failed status. You can select the respective entry in the list and choose View Errors (or Display Errors for Object) to display the last error for this table.
The following information has already been provided earlier in this course and is repeated for convenience.
Starting from DMIS2018 SP04 / DMIS2020 / S/4HANA 2020, the LTRC UI has been reworked (for all scenarios except BW PSA) as follows:
- The Administration Data tab has been redesigned.
- The Processing Steps tab has been removed. Respective functions were moved to the Expert Functions tab.
- The Table Overview and Data Transfer Monitor tabs have been merged into the Participating Objects tab.
- The Application Log tab has been redesigned.
- The Statistics tab has been redesigned. It now provides the initial load statistics (including history) and the replication statistics, as well as the unprocessed logging table entries overview

The Table Overview tab and Data Transfer Monitor tab are now merged into the Participating Objects tab to connect related information and provide improved monitoring capabilities.

On the Application Logs tab, you can view the logs of the executed definition and replication tasks. To view the logs, you must define a filter.
If you want to find errors in a single replication, you can also select the table on the Table Overview tab and choose View Errors (or Display Errors for Object).

On the Statistics tab, you can view statistics for the initial load and statistics for the replication process. You can also view whether any unprocessed records exist in the logging tables.
There are the following options:
- View Unprocessed Logging Table Records
You can use this option to check the logging tables in the source system for any remaining unprocessed logging records. The system displays the oldest timestamp for an unprocessed record in the logging table, and also the number of unprocessed records. You can restrict the check to certain objects by specifying them in the Object Name field. Note that this option is only relevant for objects for which a logging table has already been created.
- View Replication Statistics
You can use this option to view statistical information for the replication process. This statistical information includes, for example, the number of inserted, updated, and deleted records for each object, as well as latency information. To view the statistical information, you must specify a time interval. The system will display statistical data for tables based on this interval.
For example with a Time interval = Hour, for a table, the system displays the number of inserted, updated, and deleted records (and latency information) in intervals of one hour, for example, from 09:00 to 10:00, from 10:00 to 11:00, and so on. In this example, the first entry for a table in the Interval Start Time field will read 09:00, the second 10:00, the third 11:00, and so on.
Note
If you are replicating data to function modules in the target system (for example if you are replicating data to Central Finance), it is only possible to view the number of inserted records for each table. It is not possible to view the number of updated and deleted records. You can also view latency information. - View Statistics for Initial Load
You can use this option to view statistical information for the initial load. This statistical information includes, for example, the number of inserted, updated, and deleted records for each object. You can restrict the check to certain objects by specifying them in the Object Name field. In addition, you can filter the results by using the Status field.
The following status values are possible:
- Finished: The initial load is complete for the object.
- In Process: The initial load is still in process for the object.
- Error: An error occurred for the object during the initial load.
Note
For cluster tables, the Records Deleted field indicates the number of records that have actually been deleted in the physical cluster table, not the number of records deleted in the internal table of the physical cluster table.
In addition, the Records Updated field will always be 0 for cluster tables (for cluster tables, an UPDATE statement in the source system is replicated to the target system as a DELETE statement followed by an INSERT statement).
In addition, the following features are available on the toolbar for every tab:
- Configuration Notes
- Activate/Deactivate Configuration
