Describing Key SAP SuccessFactors Integration - Employee Central Payroll 1H 2026 Features and Enhancements

The redesigned data viewing experience of Full Profile is now universally available for all customers. We've also added several enhancements to the data viewing experience with Full Profile cards.

Payroll Replication Details: This card is visible only to the administrator. It allows the administrator to view the details and status of the employee master data and time data replication. The card displays:

• Last Employee Master Data Replication
• Last Employee Absence Data Replication
• Last Absences to Time Off Replication
• Last Planned Working Time Replication
• Last Time Pay Components Replication

The card also displays a link to the Data Replication Monitor screen.

The date and time for all five of these replications are displayed under the replication names.

The replication details can be one of these four statuses: Successful, Pending, Failed, and Awaiting Processing.

The redesigned data viewing experience of Full Profile is now universally available for all customers. We've removed the admin setting that controls this feature. You can migrate legacy People Profile configurations to the latest Full Profile to avoid setting up the same options again in the new experience.

• You must have the Access to Data Replication Monitor permission from Administrator Permissions → Manage Integration Tools.
• You must have the View permission of Employee Data Replication Status MDF object.

In the current version, you map the Login Name in the Identity Provisioning Service to create the Employee Central Payroll User ID. The result in the Employee Central Payroll system is the following:

In the previous version, the system created user identifiers internally.

You must have installed SAP S/4HANA HCM (S4HCM101) Support Package 27 in your Employee Central Payroll system. Please note that you can't use the feature as a whole until the support package mentioned has been released. The full documentation will be made available then too.

In the previous version, the system used UUID (per-person-uuid) as the identifier for SAML.

In the current version, you can configure basic extensibility for infotype 0000.

In the previous version, you needed to create a custom implementation for the HRSFEC_B_CE_CHANGE_IT0000 BAdI to copy custom fields from Employee Central to infotype 0000 in Employee Central Payroll. If you use Employee Central Payroll on HCM for SAP S/4HANA, you had to request an exception. The BAdI is on the simplification list and is not supported in the SAP S/4HANA environment.

To use this feature, administrators must enable the country/region-specific gender field in Manage Business Configuration and assign a picklist that includes the values Male and Female.

The values Male and Female from the country/region-specific gender field are replicated for all countries, allowing employees moving between countries to enter the gender in a single field.

Replication from the country/region-specific gender field worked only for countries mapped in SAP's table. For countries without mappings, customers had to use the standard gender field, which required updating gender in two places.

We enhanced the Payroll Control Center: Manage Payroll Activities solution with the archiving function, the new Activity Audit Trail app, and synchronous update of employees selected in the payroll activity list because of master data changes or organizational changes. Note that the Payroll Control Center: Manage Payroll Activities solution is only available in the SAP S/4HANA HCM (S4HCM101) system.

The new permission Manage Off-Cycle Payrolls is added to manage access to the Manage Off-Cycle Payrolls app in the Payroll Control Center: Manage Payroll Activities.

You can use archiving object HR: Payroll Control Center Activity List(PCC_ACL) to archive the audit trail of payroll activity list recurrences in Payroll Control Center: Manage Payroll Activities.

• You can use this archiving object with the PCC_ACL ILM object as part of SAP Information Lifecycle Management.
• The write program PYC_ARCHIVE_ACL_WRI in the archiving object PCC_ACL reads from the database the audit trail of activity list recurrences that have fulfilled the residency period and writes the relevant audit trail to archive files.
• The read program PYC_ARCHIVE_ACL_READ in the archiving object PCC_ACL is used to read the archived data.

You can use the Activity Audit Trail app to check the logs for payroll activity list recurrences, activities, steps, and alerts in these occurrences.

Employee data frequently changes during the payroll cycle, particularly during the monitoring phase, due to the following reasons:

• Organizational changes
• Employee transfers
• Terminations
• Data corrections

These changes can cause the stored employee selection (the employees included in each payroll activity) to become outdated.

Accordingly, the following enhancements are made to the Manage Payroll Activities app:

• The system continuously monitors for changes in employee data that affect activity selections.
• When changes are detected, the system automatically updates the employee selection for ongoing activities.
• You can configure update frequency and scope based on business needs.
• The system provides clear notifications when manual review is recommended

A checkbox Transport Request Required for Plan Playroll Activities is added in General Settings in the Admin Transaction Report (PYT_ADMIN_TRANSACTION).

When selected, users must specify a transport request when creating activity list recurrences in the Plan Payroll Activities app.

Start and end times in time valuation results are now replicated to the Employee Remuneration Info (2010) infotype in an SAP payroll system, helping ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.

In SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, you can now configure time valuation results to include start and end times, and a previous day indicator. This information is replicated to the Employee Remuneration Info (2010) infotype in an SAP payroll system using the point-to-point integration.

This enhancement supports country/region-specific payroll requirements by providing start and end times, and previous‑day indicators in time valuation results. This data enables accurate processing of wage types such as night, Sunday, and public holiday premiums, supporting compliance with national regulations, for example, Germany’s §3b Einkommensteuergesetz (Income Tax Law).

In the current version, time valuation results include start and end times, along with a previous day indicator. This data is replicated to an SAP payroll system.

In the previous version, time valuation results did not include start and end times, or a previous day indicator. As a result, payroll systems could not reliably process certain wage types that require this information to meet country‑specific compliance needs, such as those defined by German regulations.
