Creating Route Maps

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to create and update a route map.

Route Maps

Route maps are used to determine the approval path of a new requisition. The user who creates the requisition completes initial data and then sends the requisition to the user who owns the next step. The user reviewing the requisition may add or adjust requisition data, depending on permissions, and then sends the requisition to the user who owns the next step.

Signature steps are not formally supported in Recruiting. Once the requisition is approved it is not possible to send it back for another approval or send it through the route map again.
