Using Recruiting Management Reports

Overview

SAP SuccessFactors provides multiple reporting tools for Recruiting. These reports give users an idea of how long it takes to fill a position, candidate progress, where the best candidates are found, and the cost per hire. Most reporting requirements will be met using the Ad Hoc Report Builder tool, but the Source Quality Report is another report type.

Ad Hoc Reports

This query tool allows you to add recruiting-related fields to reports so you can create any custom reports your organization needs. In addition, several standard Recruiting Ad Hoc Report definitions can be uploaded into your SAP SuccessFactors instance.

The standard reports are:

  • Cost per Hire: Utilizes our cost per hire field to show overall and average costs captured on the requisition as they trend over time and by location.
  • Current Candidate Pipeline: Displays a count of applicants currently in each stage of the recruiting process, grouped by requisition.
  • EEO/OFCCP: Formatted to provide exact applicant data for filing EEO. Includes supporting detail.
  • Employee Referral: Contains table and chart views displaying candidate referral counts and percentages grouped by Job Requisition. It also provides a list of candidate information, including the referring employee.
  • Requisition Report: This report displays information about all job requisitions that are active within a specified date range.
  • Requisition Status Report: This report displays information about job requisitions that meet varied filter criteria selected at report runtime.
  • Time to Fill: Displays the average number of days between when a job requisition is created and each status in the application process.
  • Vets Report: Displays information that can be used to support filing Vets 100.
