To use the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off functionality, it must first be activated in provisioning.
Note
A customer doesn't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, customers need to ask an implementation partner. If they are no longer working with an implementation partner, they need to contact SAP Product Support.
Follow these steps to activate it:
- In provisioning, navigate to the Company Settings of the instance.
- Locate the Enable Time Off setting and select it.
- Choose Save Feature.
- Enter company id and then confirm the change.
