Introduction

Variable Pay reports are readily available to provide summarized information on various data.

Includes:

  • Validation reports for import files
  • Executive Review
  • Ad hoc Reports
  • Custom Reports
  • Qualtrics XM Integration

Compensation Reports

  • Validation Reports: Used to verify if the uploaded data is correct. Includes the following:
    • Employee History – Displays Employee History Data file fields and corresponding background element field IDs
    • Employee History & Proration – Includes proration percentage of each assignment
    • Employee History Gaps – Employees that do not have a bonus plan assigned at some point within the plan period
    • Employee History Overlap – Employees with more than one plan assigned within the same date range
    • Business Goal Weights – Weights and Mappings Data file fields
    • Business Goal Performance – Business Goals Data file fields
  • Executive Review: Those with Executive Review permission can view compensation data for employees in the hierarchy below themselves according to selections set by that user’s choice of filters.
  • Ad hoc Reports: These can be created and/or generated by users with the appropriate permissions through the Analytics/Reporting section of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Custom Reports: The above listed standard reports are available for all compensation implementations. If your organization wants to develop additional custom reports, you should inform your sales account manager and/or implementation consultant. Custom report development adds complexity, scope, and cost to your implementation. To meet your organization’s Go-Live date, you should start scoping custom report requirements as soon as possible.

Qualtrics: Employee Experience Management (XM) Integration

Qualtrics XM survey creation helps improve the employee experience by better understanding the key drivers of engagement. You can integrate Qualtrics XM surveys with SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Variable Pay and Compensation to collect feedback on your processes.

  • Launch a survey after completing a Variable Pay or Compensation worksheet and collect valuable feedback from managers and budget planners.
  • Gather feedback from employees after they nominate a colleague for a Spot Award when using Rewards and Recognition*

*Rewards and Recognition (RnR) requires a SAP SuccessFactors HCM Compensation license.
