At the end of this course, students will understand the standard workflows for order management and customer support scenarios in SAP Commerce Cloud. This includes order management tasks, such as handling standard orders, returns, and cancellations. Students will also be able to make basic user-level configurations to affect order sourcing and set up warehouses and points of service. For customer support, students will learn how to manage ticket interactions and use direct support capabilities in SAP Commerce Cloud. Beyond these interactions, students will gain a basic understanding of how to complete additional tasks handled by Customer Support staff, including approving product reviews and working with customer data reports.
