What does the SAP Learning site offer?

Designed to be simple and intuitive, the SAP Learning site offers free, self-paced courses, Learning Journeysbite-sized learning videoslive sessions, and hands-on practice to enable people to quickly upskill, reskill, and stay up-to-date with key cloud and technology solution areas, and also prepare for certification. Anyone with an internet connection can simply launch and learn.

For a deeper upskilling, the site also offers access to guided premium learning resources, that can be accessible with a subscription. Subscribed learners can access guided learning resources, such as expert-led live sessions in key focus areas and topics. They can also access hands-on practice systems to gain practical skills and experiment in preconfigured system environments.

The SAP Learning site aims to be the single destination for all learning needs.

How can I subscribe to premium learning resources?

To access the guided, premium learning resources, you need to have either an SAP Learning Hub or SAP Learning Hub, partner edition (available only for SAP partners) subscription.

What are SAP Learning Journeys?

SAP Learning Journeys are visual guides, designed to help you navigate the path to becoming fully competent with high-priority SAP solutions, quickly. The content is provided in bite-sized, interactive sections to learn at your own pace, anytime, anywhere.

How do I update my profile information in my PID or SID?

To update your profile information such as name or phone number, navigate to https://accounts.sap.com

Login with the profile you would like to update.

You can edit any area if there is an Edit option in the upper right of the tile.

Click on the Edit button to open the fields for updating.

Once you have completed your updates, click on save.  It could take up to 24 hours for the changes to be reflected. 
As a best practice, please clear the browser cache & cookies (select "all time"), then close all windows before trying again. 
Please note some fields are not editable and you will need to contact the relevant team for assistance.

For S-user ID holders
Consult your Company Super Administrator for assistance.
If you don't have the contact details for your Company Super Admin, kindly get in touch with the support team at the SAP Customer Interaction Center for further assistance.

For P-user ID holders
Reach out to sso@sap.com for assistance. 

To update your name on the Questionmark portal for an exam you have taken, first change your name at accounts.sap.com. Then, log back into learning.sap.com and click on "Schedule Exam" to access the Questionmark portal. This will sync the changes to reflect your updated name.
