What training services can be purchased with the SAP Preferred Card?

You can use the SAP Preferred Card to pay for:

  • SAP Certification subscription,
  • SAP Learning Class, in-class and virtual option, 
  • Customer specific training.

You cannot use it to pay for

  • consulting services,
  • software licenses,
  • SAP Learning Hub subscriptions.

Where can I buy and use the SAP Preferred Card?

SAP Preferred Card can be purchased on SAP Store. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our SAP Sales team.

Note

The training services can only be purchased in the same country where the SAP Preferred Card is purchased.

How can I purchase a training service with SAP Preferred Card on SAP Training Shop ?

You can select SAP Preferred Card as payment method directly on SAP Training Shop  during your order checkout. For more information about the booking process, please check here.

How can I access SAP Preferred Card usage report?

SAP Preferred Card usage report is available only for users with Buyer role.
Accessing SAP Preferred Card usage report: 

  1. Go to SAP Training Shop and log in. 
  2. Select “My Preferred Cards Report” from the menu. 
  3. Choose SAP Preferred Card for which you would like to access the usage report.
  4. Click on “View booking report”. 

Note

If you do not see “My Preferred Cards Report” option in the menu, you may be missing necessary authorizations to view the report, or you do not have user ID with necessary authorizations assigned as Primary account in My Account Management.
Create a case under the “Booking & Order” service category.
Provide the user ID that you have assigned as primary account in My Account Management, your email address, and the SAP Preferred Card number.
