Which training services can be purchased using my SAP Preferred Card?

SAP Preferred Card value can be used for the purchase of

  • SAP Certification;
  • public and virtual courses (public training)
  • customer specific training

SAP Preferred Card value cannot be used for the purchase of

  • consulting services;
  • software licenses;
  • SAP Learning Hub or bundles including SAP Learning Hub

In which country can I use my SAP Preferred Card for the purchase of training services?

The training services can only be purchased in the same country where the SAP Preferred Card is purchased.

How do I order a customer specific training using my SAP Preferred Card?

You have 3 options to buy an SAP Preferred Card:

  • buy via SAP Store
  • reach out to your Training & Adoption account executive
  • use the contact details at the bottom of the SAP Training Shop pages.

During your engagement in discussing your company specific training make sure you submit the SAP Preferred Card ID for payment.

How do I get help for a booking using my SAP Preferred Card?

How can I add additional administrators to my SAP Preferred Card?

Your administrator can submit the request for adding more administrators to the SAP Preferred Card by sending an email to the address on the bottom of each page in our SAP Training Shop.

Can I see a report of how much is left on my SAP Preferred Card?

Yes, SAP Preferred Card administrators will see an option in the account menu (after logon) for the 'Preferred Card' report.
You will need to have your account number assigned (and visible against your name in the site header):

  • Click on the person icon
  • navigate to the 'My Preferred Cards' menu option.

The report will include an overview of your spend, and validity as well as a click-through to view the booking details. If you have multiple SAP Preferred Cards, you select another card from "Select a Card" dropdown menu and select "Update Report".
