Class registration: Preparation guide

Prepare for your class now

  1. Log in to SAP Learning
    Use the designated account provided in your registration notification email.
    Please make sure to log in 2–3 days before your class starts to avoid last‑minute issues.
  2. Verify that you class is assigned
    After logging in:
    1. Go to My Learning
    2. Navigate to My Learning ->  Instructor-led Training
    3. Confirm that the assigned class appears in your list.
      If the class is visible, no further action is required.

  3. Planning to take certification exams?

    If you intend to take SAP certification exams in the future:

    1. Register for an SAP Universal ID
    2. Link all your accounts
    3. Add secondary email with your SAP Universal ID.

Having trouble finding your assigned class?

Please first check the following:

  • Confirm that you are logging in with the user ID specified in your enrollment confirmation email
  • Clear your browser cache and log in again

Still having trouble?

If the assigned class is not visible after successfully logging in, please contact the support team by creating a case and include the following details:
  • Your name and S‑ or P‑user ID
  • Registration confirmation or registration ID
  • Class name and date
  • Screenshot showing the missing class
The Support Team will review the information and assist you in resolving the issue.
