Class registration: Preparation guide

1. Log in to SAP Learning
   Use the designated account provided in your registration notification email.
   Please make sure to log in 2–3 days before your class starts to avoid last‑minute issues.
   
2. Verify that you class is assigned
   After logging in:
   1. Go to My Learning
   2. Navigate to My Learning ->  Instructor-led Training
   3. Confirm that the assigned class appears in your list.
      If the class is visible, no further action is required.
      
3. Login issues
   If you cannot log in:
   • Reset the password of your S‑user ID or P‑user ID following the provided password-reset instructions SAP ID – How to change or reset your P‑ or S‑user password
   • If the new password still does not work please contact the SSO team via email for support sso@sap.com.

5.Planning to take certification exams?

If you intend to take SAP certification exams in the future:

1. Register for an SAP Universal ID
2. Link all your accounts
3. Add secondary email with your SAP Universal ID.
