No, the SAP Learning Hub, student edition is completely free! You can access all the benefits at no cost—as long as you’re actively enrolled in a university institution at the time of registration.

To sign up, go to http://learning.sap.com/free-student-edition and follow these steps:

1. Create an SAP Universal ID – This is your profile within the SAP platform and helps you track your progress and earn your certifications. Your SAP Learning Hub, student edition will be linked to your SAP Universal ID. Tip: When creating, ensure both your first and last name are in Latin characters.
2. Verify your university status – You’ll be asked to provide details such as your first and last name, date of birth, and educational institution information. In some cases, you may need to upload additional documents like your university ID for verification. Tip: be sure to use your university linked email for your user ID as well as for the verification.
3. Wait for verification – Once your information is reviewed and verified, you’ll be granted access to SAP Learning Hub, student edition. This may take up to one business day, so please be patient. Tip: You can start exploring immediately—some features will be unlocked after confirmation.
4. Confirm your account – You’ll receive a confirmation email—just click the link to confirm your account, and you’re all set to start learning and enjoying all the benefits.
