What is included in SAP Learning Hub with Preferred Success?

With a Preferred Success contract, customers are entitled to five (5) licenses that include access to SAP Learning Hub, certification exam attempts, and hands-on practice systems.
The entitlement depends on whether your contract uses a new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) or a legacy SKU:
For Certification, both New SKU and Legacy will have access to all solution certifications.

New SKU

  • One activation code is issued per contract year.
  • Four certification exam attempts per learner are included each year, along with dedicated live sessions to prepare for Stay Certified assessments.
  • Unlimited access to hands-on practice systems to build practical skills in preconfigured environments.
  • SAP Learning Hub contents are no longer limited to specific solutions.
  • For multi-year contracts, one activation code is provided for each contract year.

Legacy (Old) SKU

  • Three activation codes are provided for the full contract duration. Each code corresponds to one subscription component.
  • Two certification exam attempts per learner are included each year, with dedicated live sessions for Stay Certified preparation.
  • Up to 60 hours of practice system access per learner.
  • SAP Learning Hub contents are limited to specific solutions, but Stay Current assessments are available in all solutions

We are SAP Preferred Success customers. How do we activate our subscription?

The Contact Person IT (CPIT) assigned to the contract receives the activation code upon provisioning.

We have an SAP Preferred Success contract, but we did not receive the activation codes. What should we do?

  • Activation codes are sent to the assigned Contact Person IT upon provisioning.
  • If no activation code has been generated yet, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or SAP representative, who can coordinate the request on your behalf.
  • If you believe you are the listed CPIT but have not received the code, please create a case in our SAP Learning self-service portal.
  • If you are not the CPIT, contact the assigned Contact Person IT to request the activation code details.

How do I identify the Contact Person IT for our SAP Preferred Success contract?

Create a case in our SAP Learning self-service portal and provide your customer ID or order ID, if available. SAP support will assist in identifying the assigned Contact Person IT.

How can we update the Contact Person IT for our contract?

To update the Contact Person IT, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or SAP representative. They will submit the request through the appropriate support channel.

I am an administrator. Why can’t I see License Management?

SAP Preferred Success licenses are activated using activation codes and are not managed through the User and License Management tool.

How do I manage SAP Preferred Success licenses?

To reassign a license, please create a case in our SAP Learning self-service portal to request the deactivation of the current user. Once the license has been released, the activation code will be available for a new user to redeem.

How do I request a copy of the activation codes?

If you are the assigned Contact Person IT, create a case to request that the activation codes be resent.
If you are not the Contact Person IT, please reach out to the assigned contact to obtain the activation code information.

How do I see which users are currently using our SAP Preferred Success licenses?

As the Contact Person IT, log in to the SAP Training site, select your avatar, and choose My Company Orders to view the list of users with activated licenses.
