What is the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard?

The SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard provides you with a comprehensive view of all learning and certification activities across your organization. You can have access to up-to-date insights, empowering you to make informed, data-driven decisions that move your organization forward.

Who is the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard designed for?

SAP Learning Hub learning analysts, license managers, and anyone who needs a comprehensive view of training and certification data.

Who can access the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard?

Authorized users within your organization can access the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard. By default, we grant access to the technical contact specified in the SAP Learning Hub contract. Additional learning analysts can be granted access by crating a case under the Service Category “Technical Queries”.

Note

  • Analytics access is included in: SAP Learning Hub, SAP Learning Hub partner edition, and the SAP Learning Hub professional edition (private cloud version).
  • Learning analysts do not consume an SAP Learning Hub license and do not have access to premium SAP Learning Hub capabilities.

Where can I find the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard?

To access the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard:

  1. Go to the SAP Learning Site and ensure that you’re logged in with the SAP user ID, granted the learning analyst role.
  2. Select My Learning > My profile from the top menu or click the Go to My Learning button.
  3. On the My Learning page, click Learning Analytics in the left menu under the My Learning My Team section.

How to request access?

To request user access to the dashboard, the technical contact needs to create a case via the SAP Learning Hub Support Portal and follow these steps:

  • Create a case and select Service Category > Technical Queries.
  • Specify that you’re requesting the learning analyst role.
  • Share the user’s details, including name, e-mail address, and SAP user ID.
  • Share the order/contract number (Can be found in the booking confirmation mail).

Note

Your organization may have learning analysts/license manager users equivalent to up to 5% of your licensed learners, with an absolute maximum of 100 learning analysts/license manager users.

Is it possible to request anonymized access?

Yes. You can request anonymized access to the SAP Learning Hub analytics dashboard if your organization requires it.

With anonymized access:

  • You cannot access the Explore and Export Data sections of the dashboard, as these contain personal learner data.
  • You may request detailed, anonymized reports up to once per month by submitting a separate support ticket.

To request anonymized access, create a case indicating your need for anonymized analytics access.

Note:

  • Anonymized reporting is designed to protect learner privacy while still supporting your organizational reporting needs.
  • Anonymized access is applied at the company level, not individual learning analyst level.
