Configuration Workbooks

Configuration workbooks are the working documents passed back and forth between the consultant and client during the implementation process. The configuration workbooks for the Recruiting solution are provided by the SAP SuccessFactors Professional Services team as supplemental documents to help capture the customer’s requirements. The configuration workbooks should only be leveraged by the SAP SuccessFactors functional consultant during a customer’s implementation and should only be used as the baseline for capturing important details regarding the customer’s configuration requirements.
