SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration provides buyers with a number of scheduling agreement release rules. These are available under the Scheduling Agreement Release Setup Rules section of the default transaction rules in the SAP Business Network buyer account.
The following table describes the scheduling agreement release rules that are available for buyers:

These are not default settings and default settings do not apply to "Allow suppliers to use only planning for shipping".
