Quality Inspection Before Ship Notice

There are two models for Quality Inspection. The first one we discuss is the model where the Buyer creates the Inspection Lot after the Purchase Order is created but before the Supplier sends the Ship Notice. The process of creating the Inspection Lot is done manually by the Buyer.

Quality Inspection After Ship Notice

There are two models for Quality Inspection. The second model for Quality Inspection is the one where the Inspection Lot is created after the Supplier sends the Ship Notice and the Goods Receipt is generated by the Buyer. In this model, the process of creating the Inspection Lot is done automatically by the Buyer's SAP system.
