In the design phase, the engineers turn specifications and concepts into reality together with the master data specialists.
The concept phase for the forklift development took place and some master data were created inside Engineering Control Center and Document Management. But the ECTR does not replace SAP Fiori launchpad apps for creating master data. A product master contain data for the logistic chain, whereas the ECTR is focussed on plant independent basic data.
