Introducing Project Control

As your company plans to implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud edition, you want to learn about more about the SAP S/4HANA Project Control solution.

SAP S/4HANA Project Control enables you to manage enterprise projects throughout the entire lifecycle from project initiation, planning and execution to tracking and closure.

The following video explains how Project Control, part of SAP R&D Engineering, can help you manage project timelines,plan project costs, manage project budget and monitor project progress.

To summarize, Project Control provides the following capabilities to manage enterprise projects and their work breakdown structures:

• Project Management enables you to monitor enterprise projects and to steer them through your company’s organization.

• Project Financials Control enables you to manage project progress and costs effectively within specified budget.

• Project Logistics Control enables you to optimize project efficiency and deliver high quality projects on time and within scope.

This course provides exercises to further enhance your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Could Public Edition and its functionality and to experience the Project Control processes first hand.
