Are you responsible for learning and enablement planning activities in your organization? Have you completed our first course, Getting Started with SAP Learning and Enablement, and are now interested in understanding how to plan learning and enablement activities in detail? If the answer is yes, then this course is designed for you. I am Carina Michelmann, Senior Enablement Consultant with SAP Learning Services. Together with my highly experienced colleagues, we have developed this course for you, based on a case study that covers an SAP S4HANA cloud implementation. But everything you learn here can be applied to other SAP solutions too. If you pass all the quizzes, you will receive a digital badge as a Record of Achievement. You will also have access to tools and templates with a clear best practice methodology guiding you. This course includes the following units. In Unit 1, we explored the role and responsibilities of the enablement lead. In Unit 2, we will discuss the enablement strategy, which is the foundation of all learning and enablement activities in an SAP project. In Unit 3, we will focus on the key project management activities enablement leads must undertake. Unit 4, you will learn how to carry out a learning needs analysis for the project team, which defines the learning needs for core team members and the IT team. In Unit 5, you will learn the detailed process on how to carry out a learning needs analysis for business users in your organization. And finally, we will summarize all the key enablement activities you will need to plan for and the next activities that will happen in the project.
