Getting Started With Learning and Enablement in SAP Projects

Are you responsible for learning and enablement activities in your organisation? You may be a training manager, enablement lead, enablement project manager, change and learning lead. Are you interested in understanding how SAP learning and enablement fundamentally works? If the answer is yes, then this learning journey is designed for you. I'm Sarah Gretton, Global Digital Portfolio Manager in SAP Learning Services. And I am Moritz Huber, Head of SAP Learning Services in EMEA North and MEE. At SAP Learning Services, learning and enablement is our passion. SAP Learning Services comprises of a team of extremely knowledgeable professionals that support our customers with all learning and enablement activities. Together we've combined our knowledge, principles and experience to develop this learning journey for you. The learning journey includes these elements. In unit 1 you will understand what we mean by enablement, articulate what the key SAP learning and enablement activities are and how they integrate. We'll also share our experience of where businesses fail and succeed when it comes to enablement. In unit 2, we will discuss key aspects of enablement planning such as defining an enablement strategy, running a learning needs analysis for project team and business users, and enablement project management. In unit 3, we will then focus on enablement execution such as content development, enablement delivery, and enablement sustainability. In unit 4, you will learn about enablement from an SAP implementation perspective. You will be able to name the different project phases and summarize key activities relevant to enablement in each one. You will also learn how to create a comprehensive enablement project plan. And in unit 5 you will get expert guidance how to set up a successful SAP enablement team, what the roles and responsibilities are and how these roles interact with other project teamwork streams and key business stakeholders. This learning journey provides easy to consume content including videos, opportunities for self-reflection, expert recommendations and a quiz at the end of each unit to evaluate your learning. If you pass all the quizzes you will receive a digital badge as your record of achievement. After completing this SAP learning journey you will have a fundamental understanding of SAP learning and enablement with a clear best practice methodology to work to. Start your journey today to implement SAP learning and enablement most effectively.
