The course is presented by a team of SAP Cloud ALM professionals. Their experience brings practical insights to every topic covered in the course.

Benjamin Schneider
Ben Schneider is with SAP since 2007, currently working in Customer Communications for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). His activities at SAP include numerous product owner positions for functional areas of SAP Solution Manager, project management for large-scale projects, event management, corporate social media management and project communications. He is a passionate speaker and advocate for Application Lifecycle Management at events and conferences around the globe. Since 2018, he is also an SAP Champion.

Matthias Biegert
Matthias studied Physics at the University of Tübingen, Germany. In 1999 Matthias joined the SAP ecosystem as technical consultant at the SAP partner Realtech in Walldorf. In the upcoming 5 years Matthias has mainly worked in the area of SAP performance analysis and optimization. In 2001 Matthias was engaged by SAP to build up a TCC second level support in APJ and to support a remote service delivery team at SAP Japan. After joining SAP in 2005 Matthias became Technical Quality Manager and later Engagement Architect for the SAP MaxAttention engagement at Nestlé. Today Matthias is leading the Product Management team for ALM with responsibilities for product management for SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation, SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build as well as for service delivery and service development

Gustavo Kunst
Gustavo holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in Buenos Aires and has over 20 years of experience in the software sector. After working in several roles in the area of development, customer support and service, Gustavo works from 2018 as Product Manager, currently with focus on the SAP Readiness Check and SAP Cloud ALM solutions.

Amanda Arce
Amanda holds a Communication degree from the University of Southern California and has over six years of SaaS product management, complemented by customer success roles at major tech companies, including Apple. She combines this background with a strong user-centric approach, translating complex concepts into clear actionable guidance. At SAP, Amanda develops best practices and creates content that helps users confidently explore and adopt SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation in their daily work.

Evan Stoddard
Evan Stoddard is a Solution Architect in the SAP Customer Communication and Influence team, which oversees the rollout of Application Lifcycle Management to customers, partners and SAP colleagues. He joined SAP in 1996, starting with Basis and transport management support before transitioning to the ALM topic in 2001 with the rollout of SAP Solution Manager. Since 2018, he has been involved in the development and product management of SAP Cloud ALM. He is a regular speaker at events such as SAPPHIRE, SAP Insider, and the ALM Summits, as well as an SAP Point of Contact for the Americas SAP User Group (ASUG). He is currently assisting customers to use SAP Cloud ALM as their Transformation Execution Platform for adopting new solutions and capabilities faster, while ensuring smooth and reliable operations beyond go-live.

Carsten Heinz
Carsten Heinz is the Chief Product Owner for SAP Cloud ALM for Operations and SAP Focused Run. He drives product strategy and execution for modern SAP operations and observability—covering monitoring and alerting, incident and exception detection, and the standardization and automation of operational processes. With a background across consulting, support, and global transformation programs, he translates customer needs into a scalable product vision.

Axel Schulze
Axel Schulze works as a Product Manager for SAP Cloud ALM, focusing on implementation-related topics. In his role, he contributes to the strategic evolution of SAP’s cloud-based Application Lifecycle Management offering and supports customers in their transition from SAP Solution Manager 7.2 to SAP Cloud ALM.
He brings extensive experience in SAP Application Lifecycle Management, combining a strong technical background with practical project expertise. Before joining SAP, he worked in Solution Manager consulting and service delivery roles. Since joining SAP, he has held various positions, including Subject Matter Expert, instructor, and product manager.
Axel holds a degree in Business and Computer Science and is passionate about enabling customers to implement efficient, process-driven ALM practices in complex transformation programs.

Valeria Loeschke
Valeria Loeschke works as a Product Manager for SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation. As a member of the product management team, Valeria is responsible for innovations in the area of Change & Deployment Management. Valeria joined SAP in 2020. Prior to SAP, she worked for many years as a SAP Solution Manager consultant and solution architect with a strong focus on Change Request Management and IT Service Management. Valeria holds a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Mannheim.

Oliver Schleicher
Oliver Schleicher works as a Product Manager for SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation. As a member of the product management team, he focus on several cross-tropics like introducing a Focused Build way of working into the SAP Cloud ALM world. He joined SAP ecosystem in 2007 as technical consultant at the SAP partner Realtech in Walldorf. In the upcoming 3 years he worked in the are of SAP Solution Manager Root Cause Analysis tools. Afterwards he transitioned to the area of ITSM and ChaRM. In parallel he supported customer becoming ACCoE certified. After joining SAP in 2012 his work focus slightly changed to Product Management for Focused Build where he is still the Area Product Owner.
