Requesting Continuous Quality Check (CQC)

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to describe the purpose and offerings of the continuous quality check (CQC).

Continuous Quality Check (CQC) for SAP Commerce Cloud

SAP Enterprise Support is the foundational success experience provided by SAP and included in your SAP Commerce Cloud subscription. SAP Enterprise Support provides you with access to self-paced expert guidance, training, best practices, and finally, the "continuous quality check" (CQC) and improvement services.

The primary objective of CQC services is to minimize potential risks during critical go-lives and the operations phase of your SAP Commerce Cloud solution, as well as to increase its technical stability, performance, throughput, and maintainability.

With CQC services from SAP, our experts remotely analyze your SAP Commerce Cloud solution based on real-life data. This means CQC services are available for environments that are either in production or close to production start-up.

CQC services have a predefined scope with predefined checks that align with SAP Best Practices.

Please note that this service focuses on the analysis of SAP components. Processing steps conducted on third-party sender/receiver systems or middleware hubs cannot be analyzed.

How to Request CQC Services:

Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for requesting the CQC services. We recommend scheduling the CQC services well in advance—at least six weeks before the go-live date, preferably eight weeks.

Requests can be submitted via the "Get Support" App (SAP for Me/Services & Support/Get Support). SAP Note 1296527 guides you on how to submit your request; please select the product "Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services".

If your planned service delivery date changes, please notify SAP accordingly.

If you need assistance in submitting your case, you may contact SAP’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC).

For more information on CQC services for SAP Commerce Cloud or other SAP Cloud solutions, please visit the main landing page Continuous Quality Check & Improvement Services.

How to Prepare for CQC Services:

SAP will contact you to define the interfaces or programs that should be included in the scope of the service.

You will need to provide logon credentials for all systems in which the analyzed interfaces or programs are executed. Since these elements must be run during the service delivery, appropriate example data should also be made available.

For interfaces handled through SAP Cloud Integration, access to the Cloud Integration tenant is required.

For SAP Commerce Cloud, a specific deployment readiness offering is also available here.

After the analysis, you will receive a service report that includes an executive summary, detailed findings, and a comprehensive action plan. The report identifies risks or areas for improvement and provides corresponding recommendations based on the findings.

Conclusion

The CQC for deployment readiness for SAP CX delivers an analysis of your current SAP CX tenant and provides recommendations in line with SAP Best Practices.
