Exporting Web Intelligence Content

The Content tab includes the following choices:

• Reports: Export the content of selected reports.
• Data: Export the raw data from selected queries.

The Options tab includes the following choices:

• Maintain the original document's formatting in the exported Excel file: This option, called Privilege Data Display in previous releases, keeps all possible formatting in the generated file.
• Keep the original formatting while aligning neighboring cells to reduce the number of columns: This option, called Privilege Data Processing in previous releases, tries to reduce the generated file size by merging close columns.
• Remove all formatting for easier data processing in Excel: This option exports only the raw data from reports and removes all charts and formatting.

When exporting to a PDF file, you can choose to export all reports in your document or select specific reports.

If you export only one report, you can choose to export:

• All Pages.
• The current page: This option is available if you select the report you are currently viewing.
• Specific pages: For example, you can export only pages 10 through 15.

You can adjust the image resolution using the Image Quality drop-down list under the Output section.

To show the bookmarks tab by default when opening the file, select the Display Bookmarks option. This makes it easier to move through the document.

• WIDX format lets you share interactive Web Intelligence documents without needing SAP BusinessObjects access or an internet connection.
• The initial WIDX release supports one report’s first page and new report elements, with some feature limitations.
• WIDX files are easy to create and share, bundling all content into a single ZIP file.
