Maintaining Users Profiles and Resetting Passwords

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to manage user profiles and reset passwords.

Profile Management Overview

Administrators with the Employee Administrator or Employee Maintenance roles can manage profiles. You can search for user profiles, update them, enter termination dates, set new passwords, and send the MFA reset link.

If your company uses an import job, manual updates may change based on the import file.

Maintain User Profiles

To locate and maintain user profiles:

Steps

  1. SelectUser Administration and search for the desired user profile. Note that if a profile is terminated, you can still locate and reactivate the account.
