In this example, a user must travel from Seattle to Miami to attend some sales meetings. They will use the Request Assistant feature to generate estimates for their trip. They will need to book a flight, rent a car, and book a hotel.

Complete all of the necessary fields and then scroll down. When Request Assistant is being used, the Start Date, End Date, Departure City, and Main Destination City fields must be completed.

Select the travel options you would like the system to generate estimates for, and then select the Generate Estimate button. In this example, we will select the Flight, Car Rental, and Hotel options.

If this is the first time the user is using the Request Assistant feature, they will see a dialog informing them that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to generate the estimates. In this example, we will select the Don't show this message again checkbox and then the OK button.

The estimates are displayed. Review the estimates and use the Show Additional Criteria options to create more accurate estimates.

In this example, the traveler is allowed to book a premium economy flight and would like a nonstop flight. They would also prefer a mid-size car and a 3-star rated hotel. Use the dropdowns to select the appropriate options and then select the Regenerate button.

Review the updated travel estimates and select the Create Request button to create the request based on the new estimates.

Result
The request is created with expenses for each of the previously selected items. The user can modify the details of each expense by selecting each one to open and view the details, if needed. They can use the Add button to add more expenses, as well as the dropdowns to make additional updates to the request prior to submission.
