- Identifying Skill Gaps: When a knowledge or skill gap is identified, whether triggered by an incident, a risk assessment, or a compliance requirement, a "Learning Task" can be created within EHS.
- Selecting Training Programs: Through the integration, users can browse the learning catalog from SAP SuccessFactors Learning directly within the task creation view in EHS. This integration allows them to identify and select the most relevant training or learning programs to address the identified gap.
- Once the appropriate training program is selected, it can be assigned to the relevant person directly from the EHS task.
- Automated Notifications: The assignee automatically receives a notification, prompting them to log on to SAP SuccessFactors Learning and complete the assigned training.
- Completion Status Synchronization: Upon completion of the training in SAP SuccessFactors Learning, the completion status is automatically reflected back in EHS. This triggers the automatic closure of the "Learning Task," creating a closed-loop process.
