While the process of creating a Statement of Work is carried out across multiple separate pages, creating an SOW Template is configured all on one page, though the template is divided into multiple sections.

Statement of Work Details
The first section of the SOW Template is where certain aspects of the SOW creation workflow are set, such as whether the template should be associated all Business Units, whether it can be used to create an SOW Bid, and what currencies can be used on the statement of work.
Clauses section
Specific clauses can be added to SOW Templates so they automatically apply by default when creating an SOW.
Custom Fields section
Custom fields can be added to the main SOW or its Characteristics and configured as required, optional, prepopulated, or defaulted to support reporting needs.
Rules section
SOW Templates rely heavily on rules defined to control not only the workflow of the SOW overall, but also how characteristics and SOW workers can be configured when a statement of work is being created, as well as how revisions are handled after the SOW is confirmed.
