This feature facilitates the integration between SAP Ariba Contracts and the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform. Through this integration, buyers receive on-demand guidance from WalkMe for several commonly used workflows within SAP Ariba Contracts.

This enables organizations to accelerate user adoption of technology, boost productivity, and maximize the value of enterprise software investments.

Smart walk-throughs powered by WalkMe are available for the following workflows within SAP Ariba Contracts:
- Creating a contract workspace
- Adding a line item to a contract workspace
- Importing line items to a contract workspace using the Simplified Excel Import functionality

Implementation Details
Configuration
WalkMe is enabled by default. The following self-service parameters are available to administrators in the Intelligent Configuration Manager to manage WalkMe configurations.
- Enable the SAP WalkMe feature
- Specify URL for WalkMe custom content
- Enable WalkMe analytics
Business End User Tasks
When users select the WalkMe icon on a page, the WalkMe panel shows the walk-throughs specific to that page. Users can choose from the available walk-throughs to begin a guided tour. They can choose to end the walk-through at any point.
