Advising Customers on User Acceptance Testing

After System Integration Testing (SIT) is complete, the project team will move into several cycles of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Customers are responsible for defining full UAT scripts for their specific system configuration. You can provide them with a test script template from the test script library for the solutions they purchased.

The test scripts templates are available via the SAP Roadmap Viewer

The purpose of this task is to assist the customer in developing User Acceptance Test Scripts for their specific system configuration.

During this task, the Project Management Resource will provide the Customer Testing Expert the Test Script template from the Test Script Library that pertains to the solution(s) the customer purchased. The Customer Testing Expert can then leverage the pre-built template to build out their test cases.

Major Process Elements:

• Project Management Resource provides the Customer Testing Expert with a test script template based on solution(s) in scope.
• Customer Testing Expert modifies pre-built test script as needed to ensure it accounts for all required test scenarios.
