Copying the Filter Definition Between DTPs

In the BW Modeling tools, when you create a DTP, you can re-use the filter definition of an existing DTP. The target can be a different one, or even the project can be a different one.

You can copy filter restrictions from one DTP to another. The first step is to create a DTP with a filter and choose Copy Filter. For the second step, create another DTP with a target with the same InfoObject, and choose Paste Filter. The restriction is applied to this InfoObject. As a last step, activate the DTP.
