Welcome to the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Academy.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation is a system designed to standardize the compensation planning for compensation professionals, such as compensation business users. Compensation business users are assured that rewards are not just calculated correctly, but fairly, to help retain top performers.

Out-of-the-box customer instances require preliminary setup to enable Compensation. The minimum Compensation management settings in Provisioning to enable Compensation can be found in Implementing and Managing Compensation. This guide includes a full list and descriptions of all Compensation-related Provisioning settings.
Note
Access to Provisioning is only available to internal or partner consultants and only with customer authorization. These settings are made available in the Compensation Home interface to make it easy for customers to manage the settings after going live. Navigate to Admin Center→Compensation Home→Actions for All Plans→Company Settings.

Both draft and production versions of implementation guides are available for anyone logged in to the SAP Help Portal. To see the final version, look for the guide with "production" listed as its status. Revisions, corrections or questions on guide content can be added by commenting on the draft version. The SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Configuration Workbook is used with customers to identify (available in SAP PartnerEdge) customer configuration requirements. It is your responsibility to:
Explain the options available in the Configuration Workbook
Provide feedback and suggestions to the customer
Configure the SAP SuccessFactors instance to match the customer requests documented in the Configuration Workbook after sign-off
