- AI Feature Catalog:
The AI Feature Catalog comprehensively lists available AI capabilities and capability packages. Customers can browse through the catalog to understand the features and functionalities offered by SAP Business AI, find resources, and in some cases, try out features.
- AI Unit Estimator:
The AI Unit Estimator helps customers estimate the number of AI Units required to run selected consumption-based AI capabilities and PUPM packages. Customers can input their usage scenarios, select packages and receive an estimate of the AI Units needed.
- Requesting a Quote:
After using the AI Unit Estimator, customers can immediately request a quote based on their estimated AI Unit requirements. This streamlines the process of planning and budgeting for AI investments.

- SAP for Me:
SAP for Me is a central platform where customers can inspect money-related topics such as contracts, usage, AI Unit consumption, balance statements, billing, and more. This platform provides transparency and control over AI investments.
- Activation:
Customers activate PUPM packages in SAP for Me and assign users through SAP Cloud Identity Services. Allocations can be adjusted at any time, giving customers flexibility to manage packages and users as their needs evolve.
Note
Enabling Premium AI requires package activation in SAP for Me and user assignment via SAP Cloud Identity Services. Currently, the package activation step is not functional, so customers need to create a support ticket to request activation. Please check the Commercial Deck for detailed guidance and process steps. - Usage Tracking:
AI Unit usage is tracked centrally in SAP for Me, with AI Units deducted directly based on actual consumption for consumption-based capabilities. For PUPM packages, usage occurs when users are assigned in SAP Cloud Identity Services. Customers can monitor their AI Unit balance and consumption in real-time through SAP for Me.
- Overage Management:
If customers exceed their allotted AI Units, overage requests are supported through additional AI Units. This ensures that customers can continue to leverage AI capabilities without interruption.
