How to Create and Use Journal Entry Templates

Imagine that you are implementing SAP Business One, Web client for a new customer.

The accountant tells you that they manually record two types of journal entries every month.

  1. The first is a bonus payout for the sales employees. Each employee receives a fixed percentage of the monthly revenue.
  2. The second is a rent transaction with a fixed amount.

When the accountant enters manual journal entries into SAP Business One, Web client, there are two types of manual journal entry templates that they can use – Journal Entry Templates and Recurring Journal Entries.
