When you select a single report for review, the page displays the report in the Expenses tab. You can view the report details, including the exceptions and any attached receipts.
Select the Report Details tab to review a summary of the report, the employee, and audit status details.

Review all expenses including those without exceptions
The default view displays only expenses containing exceptions.
Select the Show expenses without exceptions checkbox to view all the expenses, including those without exceptions.

Review receipts
A toggle displays above the receipt in cases where both a standard receipt and an e-receipt are attached to an expense.
Use it to switch between the receipt views.
If only a standard receipt is attached, no changes will occur.
Display full credit card details
The entire credit card transaction details displayed in Concur Expense are also available for viewing.
To review the credit card details, select the Payment Type name.
Credit card transaction details provide reliable purchase evidence to audit against.
Display attendees
To review the attendee's details, select the Attendees link.
An attendee can be a single person or a group of attendees.
A count is displayed to specify the number of attendees for each item.
The total number of attendees for the entire expense and the average amount per person is calculated accordingly.

Review the Why was the exception raised?
A link is displayed next to each exception to help you better understand why an exception is raised and assist in the audit process. You can select "Why was the exception raised? " to view a description of the check used to generate each exception.
