Working with Submitted Expense Reports

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to navigate a list of submitted expense reports.

View, Filter, and Search a List of Submitted Expense Reports

On the Reports Pending Audit Review page, you can view the list of expense reports and take further action by selecting an individual report.

You can filter the report list by using one of the dropdown filters:

  • Submission Date Range
  • Audit Profile
  • Assignee

To search for a specific report, use the Search field to search by:

  • Report Name
  • Report ID
  • Employee Name
  • Employee ID

By default, the list of reports displays only those containing at least one exception. To review a single report, select the row of the report you want to view.

As a Verify Auditor, you can only receive audit reports if at least one Audit Profile is assigned to you.

The following No Audit Profile Assigned notice displays if you do not have a profile assigned:

You will only be able to receive and audit reports if at least one Verify audit profile is assigned to you. Please contact your Verify Administrator to complete this configuration step.
