Configuring Audit Profiles

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to configure and describe audit profiles.

What is an Audit Profile?

An Audit Profile is a collection of checks that run for one or more Expense Policy Groups. Each Expense Policy Group’s expenses are evaluated using a particular Audit Profile. So, for example, you might have different checks under your US employees versus your UK employees or executives.

The Verify Audit Profiles page displays the list of added profiles for the company by Profile Name.

  1. Profile Name

Shows the profile name. Select this field to display the list of profiles in ascending or descending alphabetical order.

  2. Expense Policy Groups

Shows the Expense Policy Groups to which the profile has been assigned.

  3. Report Auditors

Shows the auditor(s) assigned to the profile.

  4. Checks

Shows the number of checks enabled for the profile.

Important to know:

  • Multiple audit profiles can be set up.
  • Assign the Audit Profile to the Expense Policy Groups.
  • Only one Audit Profile can be assigned per Expense Policy Group. Expense reports for employees in that group will be evaluated using the assigned Audit Profile.
