Prerequisite
You must have a valid SAP Universal ID with at least two email accounts assigned to it.
Link your S-user to your SAP Universal ID.
To ensure that your achievements and certifications are associated with your company.

How do I link my email addresses to one SAP Universal ID?
If you have an SAP Universal ID, you can access the SAP Universal ID Account Manager, which is your single-entry point to view, update, and manage your personal information, account security settings, and associations to companies.
How to reset password of your SAP Universal ID

If you have issues performing the password reset (e.g. don't receive the SAP ID: How to reset your SAP password email or receive errors), please contact the SAP ID Support via email: sso@sap.com and the team will work directly with you.
Add a second email account
Click “Add Identity” in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager.
Note
The second email linked to the SAP Universal ID needs to be from a different email provider than the first.
This is to ensure that you do not lose access to your SAP Universal ID, and with this to your SAP Certification, if you leave one employer and start working for another
Find your certification
In the "Certifications" section on the My learning page.
Transfer your certificate
If you are an SAP customer, there is no need to transfer your certificates anymore.
When you switch your employer, you just need to add your new employer user email to your SAP Universal ID and remove the old employer's email.
When you are an employer of an SAP partner company transfer is still required.

- Go to the SAP Partner Portal
- Log in to your account
- Click the "Get Help" widget on the right-hand side
- Choose Contact Form and select "User Management" as the category and "Certification Transfer" as the subcategory.
