Important information

Prerequiste

You must have a valid SAP Universal ID with at least two email accounts assigned to it.

Set up a certification-conform SAP Universal ID

If you have an SAP Universal ID, you can access the SAP Universal ID Account Manager, which is your single-entry point to view, update, and manage your personal information, account security settings, and associations to companies.

Add a second email account

Ciick “Add accounts” in the  SAP Universal ID Account Manager.

Note

The second email linked to the SAP Universal ID needs to be from a different email provider than the first.
This is to ensure that you do not lose access to your SAP Universal ID, and with this to your SAP Certification, if you leave one employer and start working for another

Find your certification

In the "Certifications" section on the My learning page.

Transfer your certificate

Addi the user email from your new employer to your SAP Universal ID.

Note

This also applies to SAP partner employees.
