Where can I find my SAP Certification?
Log in to SAP Learning and go to the "My Learning" → "Certifications" section.
This will automatically trigger a backend process to match your certifications with your SAP Universal ID. If your SAP certification are not visible, take the following steps:
- Ensure the e-mail linked to your SAP Certification is added to your SAP Universal ID.
- Add your personal e-mail as a recovery
- Check inSAP Certification Finderif the SAP Certification is still available. • If it is listed under “retired” it will no longer be visible on “My Learning”
- Make sure you only have a single SAP Universal ID.

For SAP Partners:Contact SAP Partner Supportwith the following information:
- S-User for the exam
- Exam code
- Proof of certification (PDF, screenshot, Credly URL)
- SAP Universal ID
For Customers:
Please create a case here. Select category "Learning and Certification Advice" and enter the following information:
- S-User taken for the exam
- Exam code
- Proof of certification (PDF, screenshot, Credly URL)
- SAP Universal ID
I cannot access the email address my current certification is connected to
CASE 1 - I have not created an SAP Universal ID yet
Create a new SAP Universal ID. Please follow this guide
- If you are an SAP Partner:
Go to SAP Partner Portal
Access Contact Us from the menu on the right side
Choose "User Management"
Request to transfer your SAP Certificate(s) to your SAP Universal ID
add the following information:
• e-mail
• S-User for the exam
• Exam code
• Proof of certification (PDF, screenshot, Credly URL)
• SAP Universal ID - If you are an individual / SAP Customer, please create a case here
Select category "Learning and Certification Advice" and enter the following Information:
- Email address
- S-User taken for the exam
- Exam Code
- Proof of certification completion (by either pdf or screenshot or by Credly URL
- SAP Universal ID email address
CASE 2 I have already created a SAP Universal ID with email A and also have a recovery email address added
If you lose access to both email A and the SAP Universal ID, but have added a recovery email address to the SAP Universal Id
- If the primary email address of the SAP Universal ID is the private email address,
reset the SAP Universal ID password using your private email address to regain access. - If the primary email address of SAP Universal ID is not a private email address and password reset doesn't work,
please reach out Contact Customer Interaction Center support who can change the primary email and help gain access to SAP Universal ID
Once you have access to your SAP Universal ID again, you may want to add further email addresses and link further S-/P-Users as you wish
I have access to the email address that my SAP Certificate(s) is (are) connected to and...
CASE 1 - I do not have an SAP Universal ID setup yet
- Create an SAP Universal ID using the email address which has the linked certificate(s) and add a recovery / private email.
- Access the step-by-step guide for guidance.
CASE 2 - I already have an SAP Universal ID but I am not seeing my certificate(s) listed in "My Learning" on
- Please make sure, you have linked the email address to your SAP Universal ID where your certificate is connected to, and ensure you have a recovery/private email address added to SAP Universal ID
- Please check in SAP Certification finder if the certification is still available. If it is listed in the finder as "retired" it will not be visible anymore on "My Learning".
- Ensure you have only one SAP Universal ID.

CASE 3 - I lost access to my SAP Universal ID
- If you lose access to the SAP Universal ID, but still have access to email A, reset the SAP Universal ID password using email A to regain access and add a new email address as per instruction SAP Universal ID – How to change or reset your SAP Universal ID password
- If you are still facing issues, please contact the Contact Customer Interaction Center team.
I have two or more SAP Universal IDs
Case 1 - My certificate(s) is showing only on one SAP Universal ID and not the other
- Keep the SAP Universal ID with the certificate(s) and contact the Customer Interaction Center team to get the duplicate SAP Universal ID deleted and add the freed-up emails on existing SAP Universal ID. (if needed)
- Link all your email addresses to the SAP Universal ID with the certificate
Case 2 - If you have two SAP Universal IDs, and you can't access the one with the SAP Certificate(s)
- Try resetting the password using your linked email address.
- Once you regain access, contact the Customer Interaction Center team to get the duplicate SAP Universal ID deleted and add the freed-up emails on existing SAP Universal ID. (if needed)
- Link all your email addresses to the SAP Universal ID with the SAP Certificate(s).
Case 3 - If you can’t access the SAP Universal ID with the SAP Certificate(s) and can’t reset the password, but you have another SAP Universal ID
