The documents are routed to a specific print queue in the system which will be pulled by the Cloud Print Manager to a specific printer. The output parameter determination defines the print rules via BRFs (Business Rules Framework).
When a business user creates a purchase order, for example, for aggregate, the system looks at the output parameter determination to determine what it must do with that document. Does it need to email the document, output an XML document, or print the document? This information comes from the output parameter determination of your application. Therefore, if we focus on the output management to a printer or PDF paper output, the output parameter determination settings will also define which print queue a document is sent to. The parameter determination also defines where a purchase order document that comes from a particular purchasing organization goes, for example, to queue number one.
To send the request to the specified printer, you must install the Cloud Print Manager on your local network. The Cloud Print Manager establishes a connection between the print queue and the local printer.
