Provisioning of BTP Account

Once your subscription starts, the SAP Business Network for Logistics provisioning team will begin with provisioning and entitlements of your account. Your SAP solution will be provisioned in your existing global account or a new global account will be created where you’re entitled to a subscription of the apps.

• After the provisioning team sets up your SAP Business Technology Platform, your organization’s IT contact will receive an SAP BTP access email, containing relevant access information, including your URL; what solutions were provisioned; basic enablement content; and S-user management.
• It is very important to note that if your SAP Business Network for Logistics solution is set up in an existing global account, you will not receive the welcome email. The existing admin will have the same login information and the SAP Business Network for Logistics entitlement in the global account. Once the global account admin logs into the SAP BTP global account, they’ll be entitled to subscribe to the applications.

After you have access to SAP BTP, follow these steps to activate your SAP Business Network for Logistics account.

After the provisioning team sets up your BTP system, your organization’s IT contact listed in the contract will receive a BTP Access Email. This will contain all the relevant initial access information that you will need including your URL, what solutions were provisioned, basic BTP enablement content, and S-User management.

It is very important to note that if your Business Network for Logistics solution is set up in an existing Global account, you will not receive the welcome email. The existing Admin will have the same login information and in addition to their existing entitlement, they will also be given the Business Network for Logistics entitlement in their Global account. Once the Global account admin logs in to their BTP Global account, they will be entitled to subscribe to the applications (for example, Freight Collaboration).

Once your onboarding journey begins, you will receive a Welcome email from the onboarding team. This email contains a direct link to the SAP Business Network for Logistics Onboarding Resource Center, a link for resources within your organization to register for an onboarding webinar, and a few other important resources.
