Objective
Quality Review is independent of SAP and exists solely on SAP Business Network. As a result, it only requires SAP Business Network configuration. The configuration task listed in the following table is required to change one or more of the default Quality Review categories.

SAP Business Network provides a template to enable users to modify one or more of the default Quality Review categories. In the template, the four default categories are listed in the Code Group Description column:
To modify a category, simply overwrite the text in the relevant Code Group Description cell. For example, in the image below, Batch Record was changed to Customer Suggestion. This modified template is used to upload the values to SAP Business Network.
